All AVF fences are built to withstand the harsh California climate. Our USA-Made vinyl fences are impenetrable to salt, water and will not discolor due to sun exposure. AVF's Aluminum fences are corrosion and fire resistant as well.

How much maintenance do vinyl or aluminum fences need?

Accepted Answer

Very little!  Vinyl fences are essentially maintenance-free. They never need painting or sealing.  Because vinyl doesn’t rust, rot, or require staining, you won’t spend weekends treating it.

Aluminum fences are also virtually maintenance-free. They have a baked-on powder coat that resists rust and fading, you only need to rinse off pollen or debris with your garden hose.

In short, after installation you can relax: vinyl and aluminum fences are chosen for their low upkeep.

Is all the fencing work done in-house?

Yes! All of our fencing and gate installations are performed by our own trained team. All customization is done in-house as well.

Every fence is installed by our team, so we can guarantee attention to detail and follow-through on our workmanship.

Do I need a permit to install a vinyl or aluminum fence?

Accepted Answer

As long as the fence is 6 feet tall or shorter, no permit is needed in San Diego county.

For fences above 6 feet tall, we can help you start the permitting process.
