AV Fence Co. provides fence installation, repair, consulting, and related site-evaluation services throughout California. All services are subject to availability and may require a written estimate or contract.

Any on-site work is subject to a separate written contract, as required under California law, including but not limited to:

• California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) regulations

• California Business & Professions Code §§ 7000–7191

• Home Improvement Contract (HIC) requirements for residential work

The Site itself does not constitute a binding contract or service agreement.

3. Estimates & Work Orders

Estimates provided through the Site or via communication channels (phone, SMS, email, forms) are non-binding until approved in writing by both parties.

All project commitments will be documented in a written contract containing:

• Total agreed price

• Project description and scope

• Payment schedule compliant with CA law

• Notice of Right to Cancel (if applicable)

• Contractor license number

The Company reserves the right to revise estimates based on actual site conditions.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Site or submitting a service request, you agree:

• Not to submit false or misleading information

• Not to interfere with the Site’s security or performance

• To ensure access to the work site when scheduling evaluations or installation

• To obtain any required homeowner association approvals; the Company is not responsible for third-party approval delays

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including photos, logos, text, designs, graphics, and layouts—is the exclusive property of AV Fence Co. and protected under U.S. copyright law, U.S. trademark law, and applicable international protections.

• Final payment is due upon substantial completion of work

Online payments, if offered, may be processed via third-party payment providers subject to their own terms.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

We provide warranties only as expressly stated in your written work contract.

To the maximum extent permitted under California and federal law:

• The Site is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or the accuracy of any Site materials

Nothing in this section affects warranties that cannot be legally disclaimed under CA law.

9. Limitation of Liability
